Nestled in the pristine landscapes of Bridgeport, Tasmania, our journey begins with the exclusive breeding and raising of Full-blood, 100% Japanese Shima Wagyu cattle. These magnificent animals are the embodiment of exceptional Japanese genetics.

At approximately 15 months of age, our Muse Fullblood Wagyu cattle embark on the next chapter of their journey, and before going into Ashleigh Park they are fed grain anywhere from 50-150 days. They are thoughtfully transported to Ashleigh Park Feedlot Culcairn, a specialised and sheltered facility, where they undergo an extensive feeding regimen spanning around 450 days. Mr. Shuzo Mano, a highly skilled Japanese-born cattle feeder, meticulously oversees every detail of their care and nourishment.
